Pricing

One person, one price, receipts included.

Both plans are single-user, priced for the one person who owns the competitor question. Monthly, no minimum term.

Founding phase: billing runs in test mode while the site is pre-launch. These are the real prices, and early accounts keep their rate when prices rise.

Competitor and check allowances are real limits, not a promise of unlimited monitoring. Coverage depends on whether a competitor's public pages can be retrieved compliantly.

Before you decide.

What counts as one competitor?

One company you name. DeltaChime turns each competitor into a versioned Source Pack: its pricing page plus the packaging, billing and entitlement pages that explain what the pricing means. Solo covers 5 competitors, Pro covers 15 — real limits, not a soft cap.

Which sources are monitored?

Approved public commercial pages only: pricing tables, plan and packaging pages, billing FAQs, and usage-limit or entitlement documentation. DeltaChime never signs in to a competitor's product, never bypasses CAPTCHAs or access controls, and respects robots.txt. If a page cannot be retrieved compliantly, it is not covered.

How is an urgent Chime different from the weekly brief?

The weekly brief is the default: one document covering every verified change for the week, which also says when nothing material moved. A Chime is reserved for a material verified change — a headline price move, a plan disappearing — that should not wait for the next brief. Both link to the same captured before-and-after evidence.

Is there a free trial?

There is something more concrete: a free sample brief. Name one competitor and we send you one real brief about them — same format, same evidence standard, no card.

How does cancellation work?

Both plans are monthly with no minimum term. Cancel whenever you like and your coverage runs to the end of the month you have paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no retention hoop.

What does “evidence-backed” guarantee?

Every observed change in a brief or Chime resolves to captured before-and-after evidence with a capture time and content hash. If DeltaChime cannot show you the source, it does not report the change — quiet weeks are reported as quiet rather than padded with noise.
